Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

LensEuro currently serves customers in the United Kingdom. We plan to expand our shipping destinations to additional European countries in the future.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping is estimated to take 4–7 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping is estimated to take 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Charges
Our current UK shipping options are:
- Standard Shipping: £10.00
- FREE Standard Shipping for orders over £99.00
- Express Shipping: £25.00

Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
LensEuro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment once the package has been returned to us.
