Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time, the dispatch date, weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing & Dispatch
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order has been successfully placed.
We do not split orders. If your order contains multiple items, your order will normally be dispatched once all items are ready.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking information.
Do You Ship Outside the UK?
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom and are unable to ship to addresses outside the UK.
How Do I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after the estimated processing timeframe, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number.
My Order Hasn't Arrived. What Should I Do?
First, please check whether your order is still within the estimated delivery timeframe and review the latest tracking information.
In some cases, tracking information may take additional time to update or your parcel may be held by the local delivery service or customs.
If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your order has still not arrived, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number so we can assist you.
